i have been meaning to write abt this for a while now
but i havent been able to seat my bum dwn at the pc for long these days...
ok...
so heres the thing
at the begining of this month...
i went to kalaafaanu to help with the concert...
n i met the next generation of our youngsters...
frankly m a lil suprised...
wen i was tiny n dat age
we were so innocent
so good...
but now...
kids today are in such a hurry to grow up..
n nt in a good way..
the onli thing on these kids minds are takin bfs...
n fonikandanings to others..
like its a competion...
the one with the most bf's at the end of the year wins....
its jus so sad
one gurl told me that she was realli lucky
guess y???
she tld me it was coz she gt a kis on the cheek frm her bf...
she was baosting to me abt how she has already taken 10 boi fwends...
n she was in grade five..
her bak story..
her parents ar devorced...
jus v recently...
poor kid...
n da thing is...
her mom feels guilty her daughter may be effected coz of it...
n she lets her get way with most stuff...
another gurl....
her mom is dead...
her mom died wen she was much tinier...
she told me the story of her dead mom that day with tears in her eyes...
n now....
her gran mom takes care of her...
her dad ...dun even get me started....
her dad buys her stuff n tries to cover up for nt being around
her granmom lets her get way with most stuff coz she mighht get sad...
this tiny lil gurl who is in grade five n has her own mobile fone...
talks abt bois all the tym....
runs around after bois...
i was shocked wen i heard these kids tawkin abt these stuff...
wat has hapend to all the parenting....
wat has hapend to protecting ur kids...
wat abt the discipling these kids need to learn...
i undestand the need to protect them from their childhood trauma
but can't they be protected in a good way?..
without letting them get so out of reach that they themselves dun kno how to cum back
i asked them one by one how they knew abt these stuff..
n how they gt to know that they cud be in such a relationship...
everykids ans was jus basically the same...
they heard it from the older kids....
big suprise....
coz of these kinda tawk
even the babies n grade one are takin boifwends n gurlfwends...
imagine how these kids would be wen they finish skool...
right infront of our eyes...
the next generation is being destroyed by our own hands...
by our own youngsters...
we need to step up..
we need to get the message thru..
nt by force...nt by strict descipling...
we need to be close to these kids n tell them wats right from wrong...
parents nowadays are jus nt willing to sit their kids dwn n tawk....
at this rate...
the onli ppl cumin out from the next generations are gona be prostitutes n a heck a lotta single moms....
so many things abt this has been buzzing in my head lately...
n now wen i sit dwn to write it..almost half of it is gone...

i dn't think so, unlike earlier days, da new generation boys undrstnds fully how to avoid early marriage.. infact, they evn know how to control themselves bettr..
wen we luk to da past, we see is big families or child witout a dad.. yea, u already know wut m tryin to say, manibolah araigen ethereah varaa levuniima nimunii.. later they regret it..
but thsdays, evn though they hav sex, they know jst wen to get da control of themselves.. indeed, they prefer cummin into da mouth which is not bad, cox no regretting later.. evn da girls r mostly on da pill..
